PEACE Program, under its yoga workshops drive for the defence personnel- ‘Shaurya Yoga: A 4D Dimensional Workshop Based on Ancient Sciences’, conducted an exemplary event for the Brave Hearts of ‘Indian Army’ on 22nd June, 2019 at DHQ Security Troops, E-Block, Krishnan Menon Marg, New Delhi. Enriched with several psychological activities and enthralling moves, this extravaganza enchanted the rational minds of Defence Security Corps (DSC) and paved way for Inner Awakening, Brahm Gyan- the eternal science of Self-Realisation. DJJS Representatives- Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti Ji, and Swami Sarvesh Ji facilitated the said event. Under the patronage of Revered Master, H. H. Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Creator & Convener, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS)), the workshop trained the troopers in diverse de-stressing Asananas and Pranayamas. Psychological Yog, session based on the make-up of our Mind and its complexities, provided pragmatic solutions to swing from Mind-full to Mindful state, which left the audience stunned. The insightful session on Metaphysical Yog dealt with the subjects like Anhad Naad- the soundless sound of soul, Meditation- the master-stroke to strike balance between personal and professional fronts, all referenced with the models from our Indian Epic Treasure- the Vedas.
