Propelled with the doze of energy and enlightenment, PEACE Program (a corporate workshop wing of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan) organized a yet another chapter of ‘Shaurya Yog: A 4D Dimensional Workshop Based on Ancient Sciences’ for the senior officials and jawans of Border Security Forces (BSF), at its Chhawla Camp, Najafgarh, Delhi. Under the patronage of the Holy Master, H. H. Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS)), PEACE Representatives- Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Manimala Bharti Ji and Sadhvi Ruchika Bharti Ji facilitated the said event with several eye-opening experiments and enchanting activities. During the very first session on Physiological Yoga, highly-experienced instructor-volunteers trained the soldiers in various invigorating Asanas and enthralling Pranayams. Next, the heart-warming session of Psychological Yoga delighted the intellectual nerve of the participants and inspired them to move above the dysfunctional conditioning of the mind. The Metaphysical Yoga session dealt with the core theme of the workshop. Activation of Agya Chakra, Role of Brahm Gyan’s Meditation in developing our personality - were some of the topics touched during this chapter of the D-day. The last session of musical concert, with its heart-reverting compositions and soul-stirring music, elated our Brave BSF Jawans into the higher realms of exhilaration and instilled the doze of patriotism.
