DJJS BrahmGyanis Nourished with Spiritual Motivation at Divya Dhyanotsav by PEACE Program
Divya Dhyanotsav, a Mega Meditation Meet was conducted by PEACE Program at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi on 30th July 2023.
Organized for DJJS BrahmGyanis, the event witnessed zealous participation of hundreds of members who imbibed abundant motivation to strengthen their spiritual base.
The event covered step-by-step theoretical and practical revision of BrahmGyan, the Supreme Science of Meditation. This Eternal Technique has been discovered and pioneered by Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Founder and Head, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan.
The revision process brought a soul-nourishing experience with sequentially organized sessions headed by PEACE Facilitators, the daughter disciples of Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
The first session, स्व विश्लेषणम् - Assessing Your Spiritual Age, was taken by Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti ji wherein she taught certain breathing techniques and conducted some psychological activities.
Sadhvi Parma Bharti ji threw light on food habits, lifestyle, sleeping patterns, and a proper time table required to meditate well, in the session, तन शोधनम् - Preparing Before Meditating.
Then came भाव शोधनम् - Invoking Guru-Connect, in which Sadhvi Manimala Bharti ji focused on aligning ourselves with high frequency, powerful divine waves of our Perfect Spiritual Master. This was followed by a spectacular Kathak dance performance paying heartfelt tribute to Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Sadhvi ji also taught the Gyan Mudra technique, in the session आसन शोधनम् - Perfecting Sitting Posture, which aimed at completing the circuit diagram formed during Meditation.
In the next session, प्राण शोधनम् - Practising Adi-Naam, Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti ji helped participants with practical revision to focus on the powerful primordial vibration of Sumiran.
Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti ji took the session on मन शोधनम् - Meditating on Agya Chakra, wherein participants relearned the process to focus on Third Eye, which is a highly magnetic, divine powerhouse of positivity.
Participants were also made to relearn the other essential techniques of BrahmGyan Meditation.
The last session was आनंद नृत्यम् - Dance Fest which was headed by Sadhvi Ruchika Bharti ji. Participants rejoiced and danced to the devotional beats with full vigour, while remembering the unparalleled grace of the Spiritual Master.
The event concluded with Magnificent Aarti of Divya Gurudev and all the devotees paid heartfelt reverence to Him.
On the whole, this complete BrahmGyan Sadhna Package brought moments of bliss and learning for all.
