PEACE conducted “Stress Management@ 360^o” workshop at 5 sites of INTEL Technology India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore from 18th to 20th June 2013. The participants gained insight into the subject through variegated flavours of stress-busting exercises, de-stressing activities, om chanting, pranayam, dhyaan and more.
